Our Steps during NABH accreditation consultancy –

          Micro level survey of the existing system and make gap analysis for the hospital
          Prepare action plan to bridge the gaps
          Form a steering team and task force for documentation and implementation
          Conduct awareness program and define accreditation policy and establish
          objectives to top + middle + bottom level staff.
          Indentify Quality system and process
          Prepare documents of Quality management system as well as SOP and other
          Policies.
          Implementation & train all personnel in the use of procedures & formats.
          Self assessment of the system
          Train internal Coordinator.
          Assess the system through first internal audit.
          Take corrective actions for non-conformities.
          Carry out management review meeting
          Apply for NABH accreditation.
          Avail pre-assessment audit of NABH.
          Take actions on suggestions given by NABH auditors.
          Final audit by NABH auditors.
          Submit the corrective actions for the findings of NABH final audit of the assessors.

Project Timeframe

The anticipated total time frame for the Detailed Gap Audit report is around 15-20 days once our consultants visit your facility. The anticipated total timeline for application to NABH would be commented based on the observations from the Detailed Gap Audit report. On approximate basis it would take around 2– 3 months for a MISP (Medical Imaging Services Provider) to apply for NABH-Accreditation. The total time taken for project completion is around 6 to 8  months after pre - assessment .
Note: The time frame is tentative and depends on the commitment from the MISP.
